What exactly do I receive?

A 73-page PDF, delivered by email the moment your order completes. It includes eight HeartBond Insights, eight activities, nine Capture pages with fillable text and photo fields, a founder's note, and a closing reflection.

Is it for a new puppy, a rescue, or an older dog?

All of them. The Companion is about understanding the dog beside you right now — one section is written especially for newly adopted dogs, and the rest applies at every age.

How do I fill it in?

Two ways, and both make a keepsake. On screen, open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader — a free app for computer, phone, or tablet — and type your reflections and add photos straight into the pages. Or print it and write by hand. Reading it needs nothing at all.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. Forward the download email, or print it and give it as a keepsake. Many dog parents print the Capture pages for a family member who'd rather use a pen.

Is this veterinary advice?
